I'm soooooooo bummed about this.....
And I almost bought a SkyBus ticket day before yesterday.
That makes three airlines this week, closing their doors: Aloha, ATA, and SkyBus.
HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM.

Well, it was an interesting concept, but when your CEO and founding father leaves to start a bookwriting career.....
My son's first airplane flight was on Skybus in January. It was a flight experience like we had experienced with no other airline.

Dang.....no more orange planes gracing the skies over my house. I always got soooo excited when I would see one fly overhead.

As of the time this post was posted (cannot guarantee in the future), this is what it costs from Logan to Raleigh/Durham via US Airways.

Very true! We flew with SkyBus ten days ago...most definitely a low budget operation.
