This thread is about Charlton Heston. If you want to disparage the president go ahead and start a new thread. If you want to do the same to Tenet start another thread. I simply pointed out, granted I did so sarcastically to your post, that receiving the medal of freedom is a tremendous honor.

I had the priveledge of meeting Mr Heston along with Glenn Ford and Henry Fonda while Filming "Midway" on Board the USS Lexington. All three men were very gracious, although Mr Heston stood out as larger than life. He was always true to himself, an outspoken activist for civil rights as well as his better known role as the President of the NRA. In my opinion, a true American Hero.
