Chat room?/ Intro of the newbie from NC

Hi everyone I just joined and I'm loving this site, I was wondering if you guys have a chat room.

I'm a 24 yr old from western NC. I've been a parrot head for a few yrs now. I'm doing the Charlotte show and maybe Raleigh this yr. I can't wait to get to know everyone.

There used to be one---I don't think it has been used for ages.

We just chat in the different threads.

Thanks guys glad to be here, I hope to meet a few of this yr and do tailgating right. I think I have buffett fever (which I believe to be like spring fever). I'm jonesing for a concert. I sold my Atlanta tickets I just couldn't do 3 shows this year, plus last time I was in Atlanta my car got broken into. It's bad when you've had so much fun you don't mind the fact that half your stuff is missing.

As they mentioned, the most central place to Chat is the MSC, which is in the Parrothead Social Area. A new thread starts each day.

Also, check out these threads if you want to tailgate with the BN crowd at Charlotte and Raleigh.

Thanks I posted on the Charlotte and Raleigh thread. I'm trying to find a roomie for Raleigh but I have tickets, every time I go alone I get into trouble. I'm taking my BF to his first show at Charlotte so I'm hoping you guys can help me show him how it's done.

Chances are, if you guys come to the Charlotte show and hang out at the BN tailgate, you'll find someone to split a hotel in Raleigh. I know of a few BNers that may be possibilities.

Sounds great, I want to do Raleigh so bad but I'm not confirming till I find a roomie but I'll bet I'll be there. I've lost my mind two shows and I'm moving but hey what ever may as well have a good time. I laughed when I saw people post the "year of still going broke" but I may be right there with them.

FYI, there's chat software integrated into the Meet the Phlockers Website (http://www.meetthephlockers.com). Usually there are 4-10 people in there in the evenings.
