Glad you had a good time, Johnson! It WAS a good setlist with a few little changes at different spots.
Need 500 more steps today.
Figured the totals for April. It was a good month only missed 4 days doing 10,000+
306,529 STEPS=about 116 miles.

I got on the scale this morning and saw the number I had been looking for!
If memory serves me right, I'm down 20 lbs since this time last year.

Now THAT.........is something to

I'm trying to get back on board with a local gym. Waiting on my bleeping Doctor or Cardiologist to get back to me with a script/referral so either my previous gym can take me back (
if you don't show for 30 days you gotta get a note from the Dr.) or another gym I'm looking at will waive the initiation fee for former heart patients with the referral.
Unfortunately I'm probably UP 15 lbs. from about a year ago (but still down 15 from December 2009).

Thanks!
It has taken some time but I'm glad I'm there. I'm going to try for a little more but still focus on firming.
I guess this last couple of weeks have made a difference. I've had more comments about how I'm looking.
Dr. C - you can do it!

Back to the Y today for the first time since LAST Thursday.(Darn work and those early morning appts)
Got in 30 minutes of arc trainer and 30 on the courts...worked in old fashioned push ups and crunches too.
However I was at the beach all last weekend...swam like a fish...drank like one too.
Bad news....selling my paddleboard this afternoon.
Good news...buying a newer / lighter model tonight!

Great work, Jim. Those push ups and crunches are the key to most of my workouts, gotta love them. I never liked doing push ups, rarely did them, now I love them. I remember in junior high doing half assed sit ups hands on the ground pushing me up. I hated those too. Now I can put my hands behind my head, have them in the air and just sit straight up. I still need to get my six pack, but the muscles are most definitely there.
Got a great run in this afternoon, in between showers. Had a great temp and it was a little on the humid side, love that. And just as I was doing the last mile the sky was getting darker and darker, started seeing some lightning in the distance great run!!

Go Dr. C!!!
Got a new paddleboard last weekend and paddled near the Sunshine Skyway on Sunday. Beautiful...just beautiful.
Was able to get to the Y 4 times this week. Good mix of cardio, weights and hoops. Might go again in the morning.
Still battling the mid section...but I'm still battling and that's what counts.
Keep up the good work all!!!
HAPPY WEEKEND!!!!

Need to work off my 2 1/2 year marriage weight gain.
Heading to Jamaica in July. Need to lose 20lbs. (No I don't eat donuts for all you ready with a "cop" joke)

I've lost 5 in 10 days, so I know it can be done.
My wife is a good cook.

No more home cooking.
