Okay Kids, I'm taking the weekend off from posting. I'm just having too much damn fun eating and drinking. I just don't care and I need to let loose once in a while or I'll go nuts. Here's to getting back on the HEALTHY LIVING wagon on Tuesday. If you need me, you can probably find me over at PWI....that is if I can find it.....

Okay, back on track. Funny thing, I gave myself the okay to go nuts this weekend and except for slightly larger portions and probably too much booze, I didn't do too bad. I've been eating better for long enough it seems my body doesn't crave the crap food anymore.

Intake & Output for 5/29/08
B-fast- 1/2 california omelet, 1 piece sourdough toast w/butter & jam, fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew & grapes), coffee
Lunch- 4 oz. tri-tip, 1/2 sweet potato w/brown sugar, water, 1/2 cup chocolate sorbet, water

Dinner- 3 bites hamburger helper, 1/2 california omelet, 1/2 cup chocolate sorbet, water
I found the sorbet (Safeway brand) at Vons, so Safeway and Pavillions will have it. It's really good (tastes like dark chocolate) and has 120 calories and no fat in a 1/2 cup serving. Their fruit ones are good also.

Congrats that is an impressive loss.
Now, damn. MrOc and I have been walking for 45 minutes a day. The past couple days we amped it up and added bike riding. I felt really good and the weight is coming off. But I pulled a muscle in my calf and yesterday it got alot worst when I stepped off a high step. I need to keep up the good work. I'll give it 2-3 days of rest, ice, ibuprofen. But if it's still bothering me I'm going to need an alternate way to get the workout in. I can join the community center and use the pool, but I don't think I'll get enough of a workout. I can see if the elliptical machine bothers it. I'll do some crunches and other exercises but the walking was the core to my program. Any tips? Any idea when a muscle pull is serious enough to go to the drs.?
