I stayed there 2 years ago when I didn't make my plans until about 10 days before the Fest and just about anything reasonably priced was sold out. Nice place but since I was the only one in the group who stayed there I was lonely.

Just last night, somebody was telling me there's a fancy-shmancy place right on the water this year for about $179 a night.

Personally, I'd much rather stay with Tim & Laura & share a cab with LIPH...
