Yeah, they are at a discount, but he's trying to fill an 80,000 (for football) seat stadium at Williams-Brice.

Just out of curosity I just pulled up seats in sec. D row 14. These look pretty close to the stage. The $15.00 seats are upper deck. If I was going that's all I would pay for that far up. I have been in upper deck seats plenty of times for the Gamecocks.......Kenny will look like an ant if you can see him at all! (I'm ready for the Kenny short jokes. )

Again I'm not familiar with the venue just passing on what appears to be a good deal If he's in the Philadelphia area and asking only $15 for seats I would attend.
