Today, 20 minutes before the concert starts, it tells me that I've exceeded the maximum number of log-ins for the day and I have to wait until tomorrow to listen again.
Customer service was UNABLE to fix this.......
This is total crap! WTH am I paying for?
I guess the moral of the story is that if there is something you REALLY want to hear......don't log in too many times or you will miss it!!!
I have never heard of such a thing and have not been able to find anything detailing this in the paperwork they sent me.
Well........enjoy the concert replay tonight!!!!!!! I wont!
