Goofy Sirius.....

Post by samiam236 »

So I log on to Sirius whenever I sit down at the computer.....

Today, 20 minutes before the concert starts, it tells me that I've exceeded the maximum number of log-ins for the day and I have to wait until tomorrow to listen again.

Customer service was UNABLE to fix this.......

This is total crap! WTH am I paying for?

I guess the moral of the story is that if there is something you REALLY want to hear......don't log in too many times or you will miss it!!!

I have never heard of such a thing and have not been able to find anything detailing this in the paperwork they sent me. [smilie=thumbdown.gif]

Well........enjoy the concert replay tonight!!!!!!! I wont!

END RANT :(

Thanks!

I don't want to sound spoiled, but after paying for it and hearing the higher quality, it's hard to listen to the free stream.

I'm 40, and my ears are still pretty good! :D

Not spoiled, I pay for sirius too & the same thing happened to me. I was setting up a program on my phone & it wasn't working. Had to keep logging in & then it locked me out. Now I can listen to Sirius thru my phone & it works great. :D
Well, at least now you can listen to the show. :D

On your phone? That's sweet! Can I do that with my Verizon Blackberry?

You should be able to. Geek's Toolbox has a free program that works w/WM5 & 6. I have verizon, palm treo 700w & unlimited internet. It works great! :D

You can only log in from one computer at a time. Is there a chance you left your work (or some other) computer logged in or you gave your password to someone else?

I've never had that happen to me, except for when the wife tried to log in under my account a while back. She's got her own account now.
