The Mermaid and I are ready to head to NOLA!!!!!
We have been enjoying the band live from Charlotte, NC as we packed - made for a VERY ENJOYABLE packing experience.
And yes the Grass Skirts are packed - YAHOO - we are almost outta here ... ok we have to work tomorrow but this time tomorrow our plane will have landed and hopefully we will have dropped by the hotel and be out on the town!!!!!
This is going to be SUPER FANTASITC

Whew, glad I won't be the only one sporting a grass skirt on Thursday night. Based on the posting on the Nadirah myspace page, do you think this show will feature Coral Reefers predominately, or will still be a Jimmy show with a few spotlight moments for Nadirah, Sonny, Peter, etc.? I'd be fine either way, so long as Freddy is on stage.

We just returned from dinner at M'ville Panama City. We leave 10 AM Thursday. We'll be at Pat O'brein's by 3PM Thursday. We can't wait to meet all of you there. Have Phun, Travel Safely and Be Happy!

We are doing volunteer work in Pass Christian today and tomorrow, then headed to NOLA for Jazz Fest. I am looking for ONE entry into the Freddy and the Fishsticks show. I will pay the donation fee of $200 plus an equal amount to be donated to either you or the charity. In addition, the drinks are on me for the evening. We're headin' out from Lake Charles in the morning, stopping for lunch in Baton Rouge then rolling into NOLA round 3pm. Catch some 3-4-1 drink specials before the show...see ya'll there!

Wow the day has arrived. It seems like less than a week ago this was just a dream .... Oh wait a minute it was just a dream a week ago
So we spent several hours at the cafe today. We had lunch and beverages while the cafe was setup for tonight. We had the opportinuty to speak with several of the Buffett team as they worked on getting the stage ready, the sound right, etc....what a blast and in only a few short hours we will see JIMMYthisCLOSE.
Wow ... Holy Smokes...This is exciting!!!
