Confirmed Celebrity Parrotheads
I was at a book signing last week, and had a chance to chat with Alton Brown (Food Network star of "Good Eats", commentator on "Iron Chef", author, and the new face of Food Network). I asked him three questions, one of which was "Are you a Parrothead?". He stopped signing my book mid-autograph, paused to think, then looked up and shook his head. "Yeah ... Yeah! I am!"
What other celebrities do people know directly as being fellow phlockers?
As a side note, Alton is quite a class act guy. Not only did he stick around to sign books for the several hundred (maybe thousand) people that waited patiently, but he stopped the traffic at about 8:30pm to go into the crowd and sign books for, and have his picture taken with, people that had small children, so that they could get home before bedtime for the kiddos.

Cool. I like Alton and his show. Neat story. Thanks for sharing.
