They don't really hurt. It's just a fleeting moment of pain that goes away (or becomes numb) after about 45 seconds. I have several and wouldn't hesitate on getting more!! Maybe JB just has poor pain tolerance?? This is coming from a mom who had 2 kids with NO drugs!! I think my pain tolerance level is pretty high.
