Madonna - Sticky/Sweet Tour - In DENVER Tuesday/Wednesday

Post by MileHighPirate »

First ever Colorado Appearance this Tuesday.

I have seen many different types of concerts throughout my life thus far, as you probably have too (Bob Dylan, JB, Beastie Boys, Paul McCartney, Metallica, Rolling Stones, Hell - THE LIST GOES ON!).

Sounds like some here (including me) are going to the first ever Madonna Denver show on November 11th. I just want to see the whole production.

=========================================

LESS THAN FOUR DAYS NOW UNTIL THE DENVER SHOW.

Just wondering IF ANYONE HAS ATTENDED A SHOW FOR THIS TOUR AND/OR WHO IS GOING TO THE DENVER SHOW ON NOVEMBER 11th?

May be getting a Meet and Greet pass from a good friend.

Should prove to be an interesting evening.

Some BN's are going to this show.

BROOKLYN'S could be a good meet up spot for some pre-show drinks.

yep I would go again.. a great show..
things to know..
some of the show is memorex.. all that running up and down stairs
and all the dancing isn't going to let anyone sing to concert levels..

there is singing and dancing.. and some of your favorite songs will
be given "new Looks"

  she is unaware that Oakland and San Francisco are in fact
not the same place..

I have seen her 3 times, and she does a great concert. I will admit that I liked the older shows better than the most recent one.

I also will tell you that on her last tour, she insisted that the venue (an indoor concert) be kept extremely warm (I think something approaching 80 degrees) so it was really uncomfortable. I have a friend whose company has a skybox and their air conditioning was even shut down during her concert :o .

But all in all, if you have not seen her in concert, I would go.

I saw her in the mid 90's and really enjoyed the show.
She works hard and puts on a very entertaining act.
Some people never find it, some only pretend
But me, I just want to live happily ever after every now and then.

Aretha Franklin does that too....they said it was for her Vocal Cords..??
It was God Awful hot in the venue...

You've never seen so many menopausal women leaving a concert early in your life!

Howcome Madonna can find Denver, but Jimmy can't? :D

I may just take my wife to see Madonna, she's a big fan, and for 40 (or however old she is) she's pretty damn hot.

Any idea on the price of tickets?

Edit: Yikes. Those of you who think JB charges too much, don't even bother looking at Madonna ticket prices.... :o
