The Trade Winds Island and Beach Resort - St. Pete Beach, Florida

The Tampa Bay Parrot Head Club, along with Parrot Head Clubs from all across the state of Florida, would like you to join us for the First Annual Floridaze Beach Festival. This promises to be a phenomenal event with the cream of the Trop-Rock artists performing throughout the weekend and a major fund raising event for The Save The Manatee Foundation. Many Major Trop Rock Artists, including Jeff Pike of A1A, have all written a song for a major benefit CD for The Save The Manatee Foundation which will be released on Friday, May 16 during The Floridaze Festival. Jeff's song "The Steller Song Lines" from their new CD "Beachwrecked" was chosen to be included on the CD.

A1A performs Saturday afternoon on the beach from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Jeff Pike will host the song writers jam inside later that evening at 10:00 PM. For more information go to WWW.FLORIDAZE.ORG

I am SO BUMMED I am going to miss this....we stay at the Tradewinds every year....I love the line up you guys have playing.....and a bunch of BNers are going to be there I'd love to party with..
Can you get Radio Margaritaville to simulcast it for those of us unlucky souls that can't make it?!?!?

Gotta plan next years trip to St Pete to coincide with this.

That really is a drag that you will not be able to make the show. I do not believe that radiomargaritaville will be carrying this. However, Spoonershows.com will be recording all of the performances from all of the bands and will be putting them up on their website for streaming in the near future. So be sure and check that website out for more info!

I'm here at the Tradewinds now, sitting on a balcony overlooking one of the pools and listening to the palm trees rustle in the wind and the waves coming up on the shore. It is GORGEOUS here and I am so glad we chose this place for the first FloriDaze.

Jeff's right. This whole weekend of music will be up on SpoonerRadio.com in it's entirety soon.

I can't believe it's here already! Now, what do I do with the REST of my summer?
