haven't had much time to do some compables on the different jeeps yet - not test driving this week - hopefully going out of town this weekend for our 23rd anniversary. But keep those real ideas/suggestions coming :D :D

before you decide on the jeep, take time to visit your local ford dealer.
take a look at the edge, escape and fusion. ford needs the help and with the memorial day weekend fast approaching, they will be adding extra incentives
to buy. 1 example would be zero per cent interest for 60 months for the escape. good luck

on furthur review, jeep is now owned by chrysler, and they are in as deep or deeper than ford. so continued good luck

UPDATE:

Come August there will be a brand spanking new - preordered to my specifications - 2009 Jeep Sahara in red - sitting in my driveway :-) The leasing company couldn't find all the specs I wanted with the current 2008 models so I'll just have to wait a couple of more months for the best :D

congrats. i saw a jeep at the local chrysler dealer that was a combo of rust and brown. i thought it looked pretty good.
