That'd be great, if I actually had the space for such a thing!

Pulled pork, throw a bunch of pork butt on and let it cook overnight slowwwwly. To die for.
Pizza, smoker, pies you name it, its been done.
Joetown hope you grow your own jalepenos for those poppers. We can't make enough of those wonderful little green delights. You have quite the setup.
I've heard about the Egg and really wanted one until I saw the price tag

and is always game to cook as l lounge in the pool having a cold one. With all the cooking on the egg there isn't much for me to do. Most of the sides I can get done early in the morn. That leaves that much more time for poolside service from my pool hubby.
Never heard of it, so looked it up! Looks cool!
Can't have 'charcoal' here in the city of CO where we live, though..
I understand why..........but, no city in America should be without charcoal!

Don't put onions on a grill here.. can't eat them.. bad for tummy.. and if the guys want them, they're sauteed inside or uncoooked.

Grilled Vidalia onions, yum yum. Don't forget to grill the bananas with some brown sugar, butter and a little rum. Wow.
Yes the egg is expensive but I can know it will be the last one you ever puchase. We've had ours for about 7 years and since it's ceramic nothing ever is going to wear out or get replaced. We laugh and tell the kids it will be still here after we have sailed on and they will have to fight over it.
Sorry I think I kinda got away from the topic............BGE

I'm a Weber man myself but I do keep a gas grill solely for steaming oysters.
I just want to live happily ever after every...now...and...then

Lotta Weber folks here. I knew i liked this group of PHolks.
I gotta Weber Summit gasser, One Touch charcoal grill & a smoker (WSM). Charcoal always started with a Weber charcoal chimney.
However, a Big Green Egg is my next acquisition.
Billy Ray, that is an awesome big smoker ya got.
Jodie, i'm jealous. i need to add a Homer to the Weber collection.

Hank Hill : Just in case I'm incapacitated for some reason, do you know how to start a man's heart with a downed power line?
Bobby: No.

We have the classic boat grill: a Magma, party-size. It needs to be replaced every couple of years because the salt air just eats it up.
We grill virtually every night, so it gets lots of use...
