I work for a Natl Food Company that owns Sunbeam, Natures Own, Cobblestone, Bluebird, Mrs Freshley's, etc.....( a lot of other name brands too....)

I work in one of their distributor stores, and it is a royal PITA because we can't go by the color tie always, and have to look at the date on each and every loaf.....We also supply the little Honey Wheat loaves you get at Outback, the Red Lobster biscuits, and a lot of other restaurant breads....Love the days Fresh comes in...Especially for the Rye, Pumpernickel, and those Outback loaves....
Love having a good Salad for dinner with those little loaves...!

And trust me, it is NOT an easy job.... But I do have way more muscle tone now...

but I can't stand to walk down the bread aisle at the grocery store anymore...hate that smell... [smilie=beadygrinner.gif]
:o We need to talk.
Those are both awesome. :D

YUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What Chip says!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the tip. However, I will stick to my fool-proof method of determining the age bread by the color of the mold.
