We call your kind of guy, "toothbrushers."
Victoria has the same issue w/ wheat, and we've told her as she gets older and has boyfriends and such, she'll need to make sure her b-friends brush their teeth really well before kissing her. We've explained that will be a good way to tell if a boy really likes her because he will have no qualms about the teethbrushing in order to lay one on her.
Well, fast forward a few weeks to a boy in her class who has been sweet on her for some time. He brought in gluten-free cupcakes for the whole class, so she wasn't singled out at snack time. It was the sweetest story ever, so I told her he's the kind of boy who would be a "toothbrusher." She said, "He better be, both his parents are dentists!"
Yeah, I've read your posts about Victoria and the food issues and I totally sympathize. While, the nut allergy is a tough one, my other kid has a diary allergy; that one really stinks.
"Toothbrushers"; I like it. When we were dating, my wife would tell me that all the time; "if you are going to eat that, you need to brush your teeth". Given my kids 7 & 5, I hope I don't have to worry about that for a while.

I know a number of kids with problems with gluten AND dairy AND soy.

I think all they eat are carrots and grass.

Holy crap. What the hell else is there to eat? My wife is a member of FANN (
http://www.foodallergy.org/) and when she goes to meetings and hears about kids who are allergic to multiple things like that, it makes me relieved we only have the allergies we have.

Pistachios and cashews are my two favorites but there is nothing like eating peanuts at a baseball game.

In the shell, with a Cold Draft Beer. That's a winner.
