OceanCityGirl wrote:The Sam's price I'm thinking is for the older model, don't know if it matters. But Linens and Things on sale for 299. plus add the 20% off coupon.
The one on sale at Sam's is the Bahamas model (DM0500) which retails for $199.99
The one sold on QVC was the Key West model (DM1000) which retails for $299.99
I'm not positive but I don't think the 20% off coupons at Linens and Things are good for Margaritaville stuff.

Yes, Bits is correct, can't use the 20% off coupon per clerk at store.

And QVC still has the FCM on sale but not at the Today's Special Value price ...... now it's $241.68

Best present I ever got. I make everything in it and never use my blender anymore, even for regular blender jobs. I make all the obvious boat drinks but it also makes great iced coffee drinks and my kids love my "Almost Slurpies".

We broke open our FCM (the middle model) this past weekend for the first time since I got it.
We conducted extensive research which will have to be verified by more research this weekend and then, in turn, scientifically tested at the Raleigh tailgate to make sure these drinks are fit for human consumption. We shall update this thread periodically throughout the summer. But be assured, we shall not rest until we're sure the world is safe.......

I was wondering that so I looked it up. It's a milk substitute like soy milk, made with almonds, comes in flavors. Gluten, cholesterol and lactose free. I have had almond milk before and thought it was good. I"m guessing it's in the same aisle as soy milk. It's made by Blue Diamond. I don't know if I"ll go with the sugar free syrups as I don't care for them. I'd rather go with less and have it with sugar. Sugar free fudgicles are good though.
