There's also a place called Gus's on St. Maarten (I think) that I saw on Anthony Bourdain's show. Tables on the sand and cold beer. Looked pretty cool

I recommend the Hangout Beach Bar at Jibe City Windsurfing, on Bonaire... it's kind of perfect!

For drinks only I would suggest the Barking Crab in Boston (I wouldn't want to eat there).
