The "Directors cut"
I know I haven't seen the movie in... ten ?? or more years..
it always was a favorite of mine..
so I bought it
but it seems that the add on was a storyboard (drawing)
fade into a new setting.. I loved it and think it
added a cool feature..
anyone else?

I picked that version up in 2005.
Ironically, I watched it again last night.
It would have been nice to have both versions on DVD.
I like both the orginal and director's cut. In the orginal the gang just kept walking along the beach until the credits finished.

That was an awesome movie.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

No.
It doesn't really ruin the movie. However, there is a beat when the The Baseball Furies are waiting outside of the train station that lost it's edge.
The first few seconds lost during the director's cut.

Well, ONE of the Eagles: Joe Walsh.
That original Joe Walsh version I think is better than the Eagles version found on the Long Run album.
On his version (I assume from the soundtrack) it opens to the sound of a subway train braking into a station and then goes into the riff. The songs a little slower, but I think more powerful
