Just saw $1.99 in Minooka, Illinois.
There is an old gas station located right of the highway. Their prices aren't even lit. They don't have Pay At the Pump but they are routinely cheaper.
HA! First time I went there I went in and pre-paid on my credit card. The gas was so cheap I over paid and had to get a refund.
