Viva La Vida- Coldplay

I am not a huge Coldplay fan though I like a couple of their songs but this song is blowing me away. It has been #1 on itunes this week. I just love this song- very U2 like and my husband and I are still trying to figure out what it is about. I think it is about Jesus but I have read other interpretations as well. Anyone else into it?
