We already are spending a week in St. Thomas, USVI in October and have a seven night cruised booked for January, 2009. Oh what the hell, I gotta figure out something really good for dinner tonight so I can convince my lovely wife that we should go. I promised her we would only go see Jimmy in small venues from now on like NOLA in this past May. Maybe some nice ribeyes on the grille tonight?
$2300 might need to be more than that... Wagyu sirloins minimum.. ;)
Or maybe a table for two at Ruth Chris

See Jimmy in Paris $2300.
Jewelry to get to see Jimmy in Paris $7,000
Making the little woman happy. priceless

Besides, I was thinking more of a trinket not a tennis bracelet. It's the thought that counts.

Isn't it?

Man, I love Jimmy but I could never imagine (or justify) spending that kind of money to only be in the country maybe 36-48 hours (depending on your flight times). Now if I was independently wealthy....maybe. More power to ya if you can pull this off. :)
