This is great news - Jimmy in Paris again - got our 2 tickets today. Can't wait.

We bought our two tix to the show.
My calendar has been cleared.
Now I just need to find 2500 fun tickets for flights & a three night stay. That will be the tough part.
Good Lord, airfare got expensive.

The hotel I stayed in when I went to Paris last year is $30/night cheaper this year but the airfare is through the roof and I don't have enough frequent flyer miles to fly for free again.

I have the miles and could fly out of DTW the night of the 18th, arriving at 11:30am the morning of the 19th. Then fly home on the 20th. If I was to consider this would anyone be interesed in sharing a hotel room?

Doesn't show on the tourdates at Mville.com. But there is a month's gap between shows. So how does one get tickets if one were so inclined?
[edit] nvm, found it

Was it me or did that sound like the old Land Rover commercials?

I found a nonstop flight for a little over $900, flight time is about 7 hours. Continental has a 1 stop flight that's about $100 cheaper but it's JFK/Houston/Paris and the trip goes from 7 hours to 15 1/2. Thank you, no.
