How do YOU say?

The number, that is. It's a family 'thing' I always got corrected for. "Oh" is a letter, "zero" is the number. Heard a discussion on a radio station on the way home today.

Yup, I"m like Jack and BC. I try hard to say zero, but sometimes "oh" just flows better.

It's funny....I'll say 3 oh 3 for that...but I typically say 2 zero 9 for mine and for 480 in AZ I do both...go figure.

but when i was giving out my old phone number, id say 3-0-5 for the area code. go figure.

(and don't ask me about my current phone #. had it two weeks, still don't know it. )

As for the question.....I use both. When at work I say "zero" since I work with Social Security Numbers and different kinds of PIN#'s

I always thought it was funny how it was pronounced Beverly Hill 9-oh-2-1-oh!
