Although tempting, I do hope we don't get Brett, unless it's at a low salary.

If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Remember, we're not that far from the top of the salary cap. He's going to have to take a big paycut. But if it is to stop the Cowboys from getting him.....

Interesting that of the five teams projected to win 10 or more, four of them are in the AFC...

Dallas should have an easier path to the superbowl than the AFC teams

Looks like the Packers have filed tampering charges against the Vikings.

Excuse my naive chick-like question but, is this a good thing for Pittsburgh or not???? I don't really understand what all those numbers mean.....(but I'd appreciate being schooled....)

Potentially a bad thing for Pittsburgh or any other AFC team. More winners in your Conference means higher competition (potentially) in the playoffs, so a harder road to the big game.

Although it could also mean that the AFC has a handful of completely awful teams and some decent ones, and the NFC just has more parity.

Mostly those numbers are the odds for betting people, if you think Pittsburgh will win more than 9 games, you bet on the "over", if you think they'd win less than 9, you take the "under".

The positive and negative numbers dael with the pay out. Lets say you bet 100 and your odds were -110. You are essential betting 100 to win 90. If you were betting 100 and odds were +140 you are esentially betting 100 to win 140.

Depends. Sometimes snapping the ball directly to the full back or running back is better.

Of all the quarterbacks in the NFC, I think the two that need to prove that they are worthy of being a starter are:

Tony Romo -- Even with impressive regular seasons, he still hasn't shown he can beat the playoff caliber teams when it counted -- in the playoffs. One of these days he's going to have to learn that the only place he has to win is on the field in January/February and not in the pages of People Magazine.

Rogers (sp??) of Green Bay -- He has enormous pressure given the current state of affairs with the Packers (that doesn't need to be rehashed). I think if he doesn't win the Super Bowl this year, I think the majority of the fans at Green Bay will call for the heads of the Packers' management for, what they deem, as screwing up the franchise's chance at winning the Super Bowl (this is a general statement and probably doesn't apply to ALL Packer fans).

The rest are either veterans that have been there, too young or going through offensive changes that they are going to have to learn another system (Campbell of the Redskins).
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
