Re: The Zac Brown Band
sorry it took me so long to give a recap of the louisville show on the 27th
the show was suppose to be outdoors on the river...but was moved into the kfc yum center b/c of flooding. vip tix were not honored, we were only allowed into the arena 1 hour before ga tix...no biggie as we were able to get really good seats. didnt do the floor b/c it was standing...no seats.
as for the show...another great concert. these guys are beginning to learn from the major acts on how to set-up a stage, lighting, etc. great from that aspect. great lights, mulitple large video screens on the stage...very cool looking.
i didnt write down a set list...but they played for 2 1/2 hours with no break. 1st two songs...keep me in mind and knee deep...two of my favs right out of the gate! amazing versions of quite your mind, free and who knows. one of the hi-lites...a 3 minute solo on the bongo's from zac during isnt she lovely/neon...really cool.
they debuted a new song...never been played live before..called "sweet anna"..or something like that. i really liked it.
3rd time i have seen these guys...and they just keep getting better.

Thanks for the concert report. They will be in Charlotte on July 3rd and I can hardly wait.
This will be concert no. 2 for me. I so enjoyed last year that there was no question about whether or not to see them again.

Big day for Charlotte. Of course the rumor about Jimmy showing up started about 2 weeks ago with a comment on a local radio station. For those going, enjoy the show, I'm sure we won't be disappointed.

Why? Everybody doesn't have to like the same things. He has an opinion, it's different than yours. Turn the page.StlBeachBum wrote:This irks me.......

Re: The Zac Brown Band
Went to the Kenny Cheesy/Zac Brown concert at Arrowhead on Saturday!!!
Was also lucky enough to score Eat N Great tix with Zac Brown!!!!!!!
I asked Z if he thought he and Jimmy B. would ever be able to do a concert together...
His answer...YES!!!
I was revived 20 minutes later at the hospital!!!
Just try to keep me out of the front row for one of those shows!!!!!!!
