that's me! i just joined the zamily a few weeks ago.

we have a new 10-thousand seat downtown arena. officials are trying to make a huge splash by drawing in big-time acts. doing a pretty good job so far.

a buddy of mine works at the local radio station that is sponsoring the show. he emailed me today and said ZBB will be announced today at 5. no word on the date yet.

Zac Brown Band's sold-out Red Rocks shows this past September awed 20,000 fans at the Colorado amphitheatre, and on Saturday, December 10 at 10:30am ET/PT, CMT will premiere a 5-song "Zac Brown Band - Live at Red Rocks" special including the debut of a brand new unreleased song “Sweet Annie.”

The 30-minute special will re-air December 13 at 11:30am ET/PT and December 15 at 10:30am ET/PT. Fans can also catch the special on CMT.com and the network’s digital all-music channel, CMT Pure.

red rocks is on my bucket list. watching that show again as i type this.

soooo excited, evansville and nashville only 2 weeks away. that will be shows #4 and #5 for me.

Appreciate everyone's remarks here...

Been to 2 Buffet concerts at Ford (now 1-800-ask-gary) amphitheatre in Tampa and they were great!

now have tickets to ZBB on 1/28/12...tickets are described as "section: VIP PIT, row GA" but the venue map doesn't show this section...only shows the GA (general admission) section.

Anyone know if VIP PIT is a different section within the GA? or is it just the GA section?

Any additional VIP perks with VIP PIT? VIP lounge? VIP parking?

Thanks for any feedback!

Can't wait to see the show!
