I suppose its changed the summer, but for this weekend, no. The boat still has last years gas to burn up, so I am heading up to Kelleys Island for the weekend. Probably gonna burn about 30-40 gallons of gas. I usually stay home....

All right, someone had to answer "None of your business". I would have selected polls are dumb but being of Polish decent, I take offense to that. :D  8)

Gas prices make no difference to me. We are going out of town regardless. [smilie=pimp.gif]

My parents have a small cottage on a lake. We'll head up there for a day or two. They have said there is a lot less boat traffic this year b/c of gas prices.

We're really not doing much this weekend, so no change in plans.

But we went to Gulf Shores two weeks ago and didn't let the price of gas affect our plans. We figure an extra $1/gal would cost us about $80. Are people really canceling their vacation plans for $80?

Thats what I was thinking. But then again, everything is more exspensive because of the high cost of fuel. It cost more to get things to the store and that is passed right on through.

It's $3.89 per gallon here (that's with thte ethynol crap).
$3.99 for regular.
$4.09 for premium.

The thing that really blows me away is that it's cheaper here than nearly anywhere else in the country. :x

Yes I am. IS that an issue? Between gas for my car, gas for the boat, plus rising food costs it would have cost me more then an extra 80$. Not to mention the cost of the cabins going up.
