I enjoy betting on horses and I always try and bet on one with a name I can somehow relate to Jimmy which can sometimes become quite a stretch...surprisingly (or maybe not) I do quite well with this method. While searching for some today, I came across this excerpt below. While the article doesn't specifically mention the owner being a parrothead, I think it's a VERY safe bet...
