Setting my PC to record

If anyone could help me with this I'd greatly appreciate it. We are going to the Thursday and Saturday concerts in Chicago next week. Is there a way I can set my PC to record Radio Margaritaville at the specific times I want, or can I only hit record and let it go?
Which program do you use to record concerts?

I use Audacity.

I think you might need the Beta version for the timed recording thing, but I haven't had any issues with it.
