Buffett Resumes Tour in Cincinnati

The Year of Still Here tour got back underway last night with a show at the Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, OH. Jimmy Buffett has performed at Riverbend forty-one times since 1988.

The set list included a number of additions including:

- "Jamaica Farewell" last known live performance was was back on August 12th, 1990 in Wisconsin during the Jump Up Tour.

- "Take Another Road" was last played on February 20th, 2001 in Charlotte

- "The Ass And The Hole" last played on May 4th, 2001 in New Orleans, LA

- "What If The Hokey Pokey Is All It Really Is About?" was last played on October 5th, 2002 in Irvine, CA

Jimmy ended the show with a cover of John Prine's "Paradise". The last time Jimmy perfermed the song was back on June 18th, 2002 in Cincinnati, OH.

Cincy is the only place were Buffet is really liked by the masses... So this is his home (more or less)...

He is not well liked in FLA ! He won't help the local charities or patronize local business... So the locals mainly ignore him or show disgust for him... They know eventually his money will all be spent (unless he's invested wisely?)... and he'll be forgotton like the rest of the has-been talentless musicians that simply got lucky and was in the right place in the right time, so they make a few bucks and a name... (for a while).

Obviously you know NOTHING about Jimmy Buffett! He owns homes and businesses in Florida, sells out every concert he plays IN FLORIDA and does many many things for charity in Florida. Most of it is just not publicized because he likes to run under the radar and doesn't need the pat on the back from everyone. and he has a MULTIMILLION DOLLAR EMPIRE........he's not running out of money any time soon!

And if they are going to complain about the show, at least learn to spell

BTW....... just because someone goes to a BUFFETT concert it does not make them a PARROTHEAD!!!
