EXACTLY !! Not all people who troll the lots at the tailgate are even fans....they are looking for trouble. Like the 2007 concert tailgate, this very tattooed girl and her boyfriend were going around trying to sell drugs. And this year I saw a few who looked like they were 'casing' the tailgate attendees and their property. We gotta watch out for each other when we can.

Understood but $25K is about the same bail for getting caught with small amounts of cocaine or not so small amounts of weed. These offenses are hardly on the same level as attempted rape. For a potentail sentance of 30 years in prison $25K doesn't seem like much to hold someone to a court date. Seems odd and very low to me.
