What a piece of garbage this guy is. Pathetic. I hope they throw the book at him.

Unbelievable. Can't even pass out in your car anymore

We've had numerous instances of people's stuff getting stolen at Great Woods during the show if it wasn't put away in a vehicle, so I'm not surprised at this. Sickened, but not surprised....

Lots of lessons to be learned here, unfortunately.... :(

No. IMHO, It's just proof that she was unable to give consent.

He's a scumbag that apparently didn't care whether or not she was able to consent.

NOT (not, not, not) defending the guy or offering an excuse, but I don't understand these people who buy a ticket, then tailgate so hard they can't even go in to the concert.

I guess if you're there for the party more than anything else, but hell.

And how does he deny the allegations? He was caught with his pants down, literally.

But not caught 'in the act' apparently. At least not enough to be charged with more than "attempted" assault. I hope they took her to the hospital. DNA doesn't lie.....

The simple fact is that unfortunately not all parrotheads are good people. We need to remember this always and never assume that just because someone calls themselves a parrothead that they are actually worthy of our trust and in some cases our friendship. Maybe worthy is not the correct term but that's how I feel. It's sad - and sadder for those that trust without reservations and get screwed in the end.

I would say it's a pretty slam dunk case.....WTG to the copper who was at the right place at the right time.....

I have to agree on the party to hard thing.....it's one of the times that makes me appreciate my impending senior citizen status.....I've learned some stuff over the years.....

Exactly. I know a lot of non-PH jerks that love the party of a Buffett show.

But I don't disagree with the statement about being a PH doesn't make you a good person.
