Sure, more CDs with ANOTHER live version of the big 8 and some covers!!

A solo acoustic show DVD or CD would be great with songs that don't get much play time.

i agree! when he does another one it should be something different with practically no sykbh or covers.it should be rare material that covers ALL of his albums!

Yeah. Fantastic. You want more of the same. How inventive. If you have all the live albums and the live DVDs you're already listening to the same s h i t over and over again.

Oh wait, that's right, from Hawaii on there are LTC songs. My bad.

Funny thing. I have a copy of the show he did in 2000 in East Hampton, that was just him and his guitar. I put it on the Ipod this weekend, forgot how good it was.

I listen to the old Sag Harbor show more than any other live CD I have.

I do like the idea of a "Jimmy Buffett Unplugged" live album and DVD. Especially, as others have said, if he does a few things we haven't heard in a while.

I think the unplugged concept is a cool idea. There is some great stuff out there he could do.

I'd love to see him put "City of New Orleans" on a studio album. The one from Wrigley Field is incredible.

Was it A&E that did the story tellers show? People would call in and request a song, and then the artist would talk a little about the story behind it.
Boy if Jimmy would do that show,
THAT would be top shelf liquor....

Agreed with you on that one. What a rocking good time it would be. I don't see him doing that though....

I would like to see him do a CD entitled "Songs you May Not Know for Heart" or a DVD called "Scenes You May Not Know for Heart". Make the premise be a live recording of lesser known songs like 12 Volt Man, Migration, Life is Just a Tire Swing, or Last Man Standing. Most of us probably know these songs by heart....but many casual fans may not. It would be a great way to exposure the great "unknown" songs of his catalog to the masses and give us a way to see/hear songs live that we normally don't get to enjoy (except through shows recorded off Radio Margaritaville). There's so many songs that would be perfect for this...a new CD or DVD could be released annually and I would eagerly await each version. Don't get me wrong....I hope that new material continues as well...but this would be a great addition to my parrothead budget.
