The Philly lots opened @ 6:00 am this year. Gave us plenty of time for a bit of tailgating.

We got there at 1:30 on THursday, and noon on Saturday and parked in almost the same spot.....in the first row. I have a feeling they might move it back to noon since we saw very few cars out there in the morning---but they had staff ready and waiting!!!
