Look for Chris Smelley to start next week.
By the way............
The Superconference is 2-0 so far in out-of-conference play!
Spurrier gave Beecher a shot and he blew it. Smelley came in and was sharp, all his passes were right on target. Smelley will be starting next week! Our defense was very impressive!!!
Now this weekend I will cheer on my fellow SEC brothers GO VOLS!!!!!!!!ROLL TIDE!!!!!
There's just one problem-
Nobody here knows who the heck they beat!!!
All we saw were 11 guys on the field playing against our Hawks, yet we have NO IDEA what school they represented.
but I'll go out on a limb and say it wasn't Ohio State or Georgia
Well, the Superconference continues to dominate! 9-1 so far! And that is against teams like Clemson and Hawaii. Amazing all the teams that are starting out with IAA teams this year. That's why the SEC is the powerhouse of college athletics!

My Sooners routed the mighty (okay, maybe not so mighty) Mocs of UTC 57-2, allowing only one first down and 36 total yards of offense. All this with what amounted to a tropical monsoon hitting Norman at halftime.
I've been watching for the announcement of the new UGA...what a beauty...I'm sure he'll do Georgia Proud !!
I recently read the history of UGA ....quite an interesting story. UGA seems to be the No. 1 college football mascot... SI thinks so, anyway...
