Then again, having suffered from one of those "undefineable" foot injuries since I broke my leg, I may be more understanding than most.
He wants to play stated many times but because of a foot jam???( what the heck is that ) he is too sore to practice and will be a game time decision. I do believe he will play 10 to 15 snaps.
A lot of times it isn't the pain, it is the fact you aren't effective.

I don't think he'll hang around much longer at a school that can't beat Vandy when other coaches in the league and winning national championships and making 4 million a year. At this point, I think most would welcome him to Knoxville.

Postponed due to Hurricane Ike.

All right now we have 2 weeks off then play Bama, Texas and Auburn in a row! IT is not going to be pretty for the Hogs! I hope we can get 1 win out of the 3!

Seems to me Tressel's trying to play some mind games...
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio State coach Jim Tressel said Thursday it was doubtful that starting tailback Chris "Beanie" Wells would play Saturday night against No. 1 USC.

But by Thursday night, the news for Buckeyes fans was more hopeful, ESPN college football analyst Brent Musburger said on "SportsCenter." Musburger reports that Wells will be a game-time decision Saturday night against USC.

An Ohio State spokesperson told Musburger that after Wells iced his foot on the flight from Columbus to Los Angeles, Ohio State officials were "a little more optimistic." When Tressel said Wells was doubtful earlier, he meant Wells probably wouldn't play if the game were Thursday night.
WTF?

So Tuesday he's definite, Thursday he's doubtful, Thursday night he's miraculously healed by a bag of ice on an airplane, but it's still a gametime decision...this morning on the Mike and Mike show Tressel says it's back to doubtful...

He likes the membership to Augusta National way to much to be leaving SC anytime soon. That was one of the big perks that got him to accept the job.

If you never thought global warming was a serious issue before...
The fight is on in Ohio to save the buckeye tree from heading north to, of all places, rival Michigan.

Environmentalists said Friday that global warming threatens to push the growing range for the iconic Ohio buckeye tree farther north.
We don't want your Jeep Wranglers, your women or your trees. :D

Kinda hard to get excited about the game with the Metrolink crash and the devastation from Ike...but sometimes the best way to cope is to keep things as normal as possible. And college football on Saturday in September is as normal as it gets. Fight on, Trojans! Welcome, Buckeyes...there will be a crowd of 93,000+ on hand to greet you. :)

We should have beat that team by 50. Tulsa and Florida Atlantic both scored 35 points on them in the first half. Truth is.....we're just not very good. Something miraculous is gonna have to happen for us to compete next week with the Gayturds.

whew...

A win is a win is a win but we had better stop those penalties before we play someone who can capitalize on them more than SC did

I saw a clip of him on crutches with one of those velcro leg braces but didn't know he'd been hit. :o   Gonna have to look for that replay. Did he get taken out by one of the hurricane reporters from Texas?
