UCONN vs. UVA this weekend. I will be interested to see how UVA travels.
A lot of times it isn't the pain, it is the fact you aren't effective.Capt.Flock wrote:He wants to play stated many times but because of a foot jam???( what the heck is that ) he is too sore to practice and will be a game time decision. I do believe he will play 10 to 15 snaps.Brown Eyed Girl wrote:I have to believe he wants to play...and is weighing the odds of injuring it worse and it possibly being season ending or career ending.![]()
Then again, having suffered from one of those "undefineable" foot injuries since I broke my leg, I may be more understanding than most.
Hopefully Boom and Zoom can pick up the slack but please dont let the other wells in the gameweirdo0521 wrote:A lot of times it isn't the pain, it is the fact you aren't effective.Capt.Flock wrote:He wants to play stated many times but because of a foot jam???( what the heck is that ) he is too sore to practice and will be a game time decision. I don't think he'll hang around much longer at a school that can't beat Vandy when other coaches in the league and winning national championships and making 4 million a year. At this point, I think most would welcome him to Knoxville.tully mars wrote:Spurrier needs to just go away,it aint workin for him in SC.
I wouldn't bet the house.tully mars wrote:Bob,whadda ya think about UT's chances against Fla?

WTF?COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio State coach Jim Tressel said Thursday it was doubtful that starting tailback Chris "Beanie" Wells would play Saturday night against No. 1 USC.
But by Thursday night, the news for Buckeyes fans was more hopeful, ESPN college football analyst Brent Musburger said on "SportsCenter." Musburger reports that Wells will be a game-time decision Saturday night against USC.
An Ohio State spokesperson told Musburger that after Wells iced his foot on the flight from Columbus to Los Angeles, Ohio State officials were "a little more optimistic." When Tressel said Wells was doubtful earlier, he meant Wells probably wouldn't play if the game were Thursday night.
Reminds me of Capt. Ron's recovery from his "broken leg."Brown Eyed Girl wrote:Seems to me Tressel's trying to play some mind games...![]()

So Tuesday he's definite, Thursday he's doubtful, Thursday night he's miraculously healed by a bag of ice on an airplane, but it's still a gametime decision...this morning on the Mike and Mike show Tressel says it's back to doubtful...
He likes the membership to Augusta National way to much to be leaving SC anytime soon. That was one of the big perks that got him to accept the job.Bob Roberts wrote:I don't think he'll hang around much longer at a school that can't beat Vandy when other coaches in the league and winning national championships and making 4 million a year. We don't want your Jeep Wranglers, your women or your trees. The fight is on in Ohio to save the buckeye tree from heading north to, of all places, rival Michigan.
Environmentalists said Friday that global warming threatens to push the growing range for the iconic Ohio buckeye tree farther north.

We should have beat that team by 50. Tulsa and Florida Atlantic both scored 35 points on them in the first half. Truth is.....we're just not very good. Something miraculous is gonna have to happen for us to compete next week with the Gayturds.12vmanRick wrote:Bob Roberts wrote:7-6 SC at the half.dawgfan wrote:Look out Spurrier their is a ass whooping coming to town this weekend
