Good afternooon all! So it looks like my wife and I are gonna have to purchase some upper level tix for the vegas show on the 25th, as they are plenty expensive enough. Hows the sound quality way up there? Is it still pretty good?? Cheers!! Chris

I have had seats on the floor and seats in the back away from the stage and the sound quality is great all over the place there. I really don't think I can remember anyone talking about bad sound there. Could be wrong though. I on the other hand am still leaning on the wife pretty hard about coming out there in the fall.

I know of no sound problems at MGM, It is not a real big place! We set on the floor and groups of our phriends the last 2 years have been up top and loved the seats they had!
We will be in Vegas Oct 15-20 at Hooters Baby!

No problems! Great venue. Enjoy. I was 4 rows from the rafters my first tripout and loved it.

Okay, I will weigh in and dispute the claim that the sound is good everywhere in the Garden Arena. I have had the pleasure of sitting in a variety of places, ranging from row 7 on the floor, to the very top row at the opposite end of the arena and a lot of seats on the sides, high and low. If you are in the very back against the wall, the sound is pretty good, although a bit loud. If you are in the obstructed view section behind the stage, the sound is really good. If you are near the top in sections UU 212, 213, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219, then sound tends to be a little muddled and the vocals aren't as crisp and clear as they are elsewhere. I think the worst sections are UU 216 and 217 near the top.
