BINGO as I said before, he ate tons of junk food from the prison commissary. He ballooned up to 400 lbs won his case and was down to 260 or so when he died in 2006.

Just for the record, I don't support the death penalty - for fat folks or skinny people.
I have no idea where I'm going with this so I'll just leave it for now . . .
While i am in favor of the dealth penalty, Harvard Law School did some research and found the an estimated 4-7% of people put to death were acutually innocent.
