If you have some leftover tomatos, try this

Post by Joetown Parrothead »

Dice them up with some red onions and cucumbers put in large tupperware bowl add some black pepper and Ranch dressing! Just keep it in the fridge and add more stuff as needed great little side dish for you. We have done that for years and right now I have more tomatoes then I know what to do with, this weekend going to can some salsa!

I will try the green/red peppers in it now, sounds good! Also maybe a different dressing! Thanks for all the input!

We have 5 tomato plants. We had one tomato that was turning orange, and we were excited. I told Tom to come to the window to see, and it was laying on the ground. I went outside and it had teeth marks in it!

We have two baby tomatoes left- we'll see how that turns out. I expected to get mine from a farmer's market anyway, but 5 plants and maybe two tomatoes is insulting.

YUMMY!!!! Tomatos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dice mine up with cucumbers and green peppers. Add balsamic vinegar (I could drink that right out of the bottle), and a dash of olive oil!!! AWESOME!!!

When I eat it, I usually add some fresh mozzarella (not that sh!tty shredded bagged stuff) or some feta.

That's my favorite summer salad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a friend tell me to add some sweet corn not cooked, staight off the cob in it... He said that is how he does it, might try it!
