YES! They had the album cover with just someones butt in tight red leather pants covering the whole cover!
You mean this one:
Albums and Cassette Tapes, VCR's, Atari and Nintendo, Lakers, 76ers, and Celtics, 49ers, Wooden Golf Woods, 30 channels of Cable TV (and HBO was a big deal), muscle cars and low riders, Van Halen, Def Leppard, the Beastie Boys, and country music was still Country & Western.
MTV actually showed music videos

I have a mixed review of the 80's. 3 of my 5 kids were born in the 80's, my music taste were the same as they are now, Springsteen & Buffett. I had my 10 yr high school reunion in the 80's (yeah, I'm old)I do miss my MTV! Lost my Dad

Why does it seem like it was yesterday?????

I was in college in the 80's.....party girl until I got married in '87.
Love a lot of 80's metal, hair bands.....still have a soft spot for some of the techno 80's stuff, too.....Soft Cell, Herbie Hancock, Depeche Mode, Talking Heads, Eurythmics......
Love the 80's movies, still do....Pretty in Pink, Breakfast Club, Back to the Future, Valley Girl (when I fell in love with Nicholas Cage), Fast Times, Ferris Bueller......

Thursday nights at Margaritaville-Orlando, JD (the RadioMargaritaville DJ) does a show inside Margaritaville of all 80's music with videos shown on the sails/screens. They mix a live band playing 80s music with original 80's recordings. The dance floor is always filled and the scenery is good
It is a fun time!

HS graduate 1980
I've got a love/hate thing with the '80's
While I was into a lot of the punk and new-wave music, I think the style was just a joke.
I couldn't stand up for the hair metal, plastic everything, mullets ...well maybe the mullet
all in all, I preferred the look and sounds of the free-wheeling 70's ....and I'm glad a lot of that influence is seen around here these days

)
I'm also a proud member of the Class of '88. Good times, those...
