:o :o :o OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my cousin and i stayed up ALL NIGHT LONG to watch the wedding!!! we were down the Jersey shore at my aunt and uncle's house for a family get togther!!! :o :lol: :lol: :cry: :cry:

And we got our first video game in the 80's.

As well as paying for channels on TV ... I think we could just get extra movie channels at that time.

My first concert was Alabama in 81 or 82. I like the 80s country such as Juice Newton, Hank Jr, Ronnie Milsap, Conway Twitty, etc.

And I can't forget Urban Cowboy.

My first Jimmy Buffett concert was in 1987, and that alone made the entire decade one of my better ones.

First computer we bought was the TRS80 in 1980. First video game console bought Atari 2600.

Cast members returning for 30th 'Dallas' reunion
DALLAS (AP) — J.R., Bobby, Sue Ellen and other members of the Ewing clan are getting back together for a "Dallas" reunion party. Cast members of the popular prime-time soap opera that ran from 1978-91 will return to the Southfork Ranch north of Dallas on Nov. 8 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the show. Several key actors, including Larry Hagman, Linda Gray and Patrick Duffy, have confirmed they will attend.

Oops-I forgot to mention the BEST part of that decade for me:
Besides going to my first Jimmy Buffett concert in 1987, I got laid BOTH in 1982 and 1986. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
