As of 11:39 PM to local gas station are having a price war that has been going on all day today and looks like it will continue tomorrow. As of this time gas is selling for $2.08 a gallon.
Would you wait in line 2-4 hours in the hot Texas heat to fill up at that price?

Sit in line for gas? No. I did get up 5 minutes early this morning so I could fill up on the way to work at a gas station that is $0.18 below every other station in the area for premium. Sure I could get it on the way home but that would require crossing traffic to get back out.

Hell I'm celebrating the fact that in the past week gas has dropped below $ 4.00 at some stations.

During our trip out east last week, we saw prices from 3.57 (Ohio) to 5.09 (Nantucket). The highest stations in Ohio are still cheaper than any station in MI.

That would be a good bet for the Governors. Winning team eliminates the gas tax for a week, with the loser covering the lost income.

Tempting, with my luck, they'd run out of gas after all that time. So I would rather do something else.
Who would have ever thought we'd be excited for gas at $2.08 a gallon
