Get better Yaz!!!
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
Life is short, live long!!
I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

Hope this just a passing illness, and he's back with the Fenway faithful real soon!
One of my first baseball heroes I could only read about, I rarely got to see a glimpse of the man on TV 'til the '75 Series

Everyone knows how much I (DIS)like the Red Sox, but this goes beyond any particular team.
Mr. Yastrzemski is a throw-back to the days when baseball was a GAME, and is one of the all-time class acts to ever grace the field with his presence.
As long as I live, I'll never forget his preformance in that DYNAMITE 1967 World Series, when he played his heart out in a losing effort.
What a ballplayer he was,
what a man he IS.
Get well soon, Mr. Y.
You're kind are a vanishing breed that the game sorely needs these days.
