OK so in october I go hunting
I am starting my cookng
(and freezing) now..
a new twist.. Mom is going with.. this has not happened since...
1974 (yes Rogue, you were in Diapers)
So seafood is off the menu.. this wipes out two nights..
( salmon with wild rice .. and Shrimp stir-fry with (Lo-mein noodles)

so I will need to do some fast thinking..

Chili dogs ( OH Mom )
Tamale pie.. ( funny Dad HATES corn bread but requests this every year)
Pineapple Chicken
enchiladas with green sauce
Chicken Chowmein
Brajaloe ( in the last cookbook this is called Ragtopw's Moms favorite)
I will just have to figure out one last night..
Oh well
at 80 I am glad my Dad is still wanting to go..

How about like a gumbo, or soup or stew that you can just heat up easily.... it's the last night and most likely you'll have to start packing things up... it will be easy for ya!
