MONKEY BREAD
4 cans biscuits
cinnamon
sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
rum
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Make a cinnamon and sugar mixture to taste. (About 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. )
Open and cut each biscuit into 4's.
Roll biscuit pieces in cinnamon/sugar mixture until evenly coated.
(I put the sugar & cinnamon in a gallon-size ziploc bag and shake the bicuit pieces inside. It keeps me from being bludgeoned for messing up the kitchen. )
Place evenly around greased bundt pan.
In a sauce pan, melt butter, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth and creamy. (I add about a shot of rum, ok, maybe two shots. Who measures this stuff anyway? )
Pour over biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.
Place in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until cake is slightly crunchy on top.
Remove from oven. Place a plate on top of bundt pan (upside down) and flip so that cake falls out onto plate.

We have a bundt pan we've never used. Might have to break it in with this.
