Help With Costume Idea

For our October Parrothead meeting, we are supposed to arrive dressed as our favorite Buffett song.

Hubby's favorite is "Jamaica Mistaka".
I told him he could wear his Red Stripe hat and carry a rubber chicken.
He mumbled something about "humf, ...rubber chicken..., how much I spoil him", and a couple of other things that I couldn't hear.

Any ideas about a costume that would fit Jamaica Mistaka? We meet in a restaurant, so the costume would need to be PG rated.

I will be going as Hula Girl at Heart, not because it is my favorite Buffett song, but I have the costume already.

Have him be the lighthouse, with little swat men at the top.

...and don't forget a giant spliff the size of a dachsund. Make it out of that tissue paper that people use to giftwrap things.
