OK… So, we’ve gotten a huge amount of email from many of you in
response to the ever-busy-rumor-mill wondering whether or not we were going to be in Key West performing at the Hog’s Breath Saloon for “Meeting of the Minds” again this year. Let me just say…

OF COURSE WE ARE!

I spoke with Tom at the HOG and he is as excited as we are about the
upcoming festivities. We talked about all of the details of the week
and it looks like we have it all covered.

The “Fan Appreciation Party” will be upstairs at the Hog’s Breath as
usual, on Friday October 31st,from 5 until 7pm. If you feel that you
should wear your Halloween Costume…so much the better. Invitations
for the party will be going out soon. Be on the lookout for yours. We are
planning some surprises for this year’s party along with some other special events. I’ll be looking forward to having a moment of undivided attention from each of you and I have to say that I’m already getting excited at the prospect of seeing so many friends that we seldom get to see.

As for the show each night, we’ll again have the pleasure of “Fingers”
Taylor’s company onstage alongside our own Tom Conger, Emily Hutchison, Woody Jenkins, and Randy Morrow. I also have a surprise (surprises) up my sleeve for the nightly shows, but I ain’t tellin’! You know how it is when artists show up and well, … we just can’t resist.

So again, if you’re worried about the festivities at the Hog
changing this year, FAHGETABOUTIT!

Unless something with work changes, SGH won't be at MOTM, and is the most upset about missing Hugo, Emily, and the rest of the band.....

Glad to hear that HB is getting their act together for MOTM. Apparently there have been some communications snafus as a result of the new ownership/management, but I'm glad to hear they're getting cleared up.

At some point, you just have to realize that the only way to enjoy a long weekend in KW is to stop whatever else you're doing, take a deep breath, order another drink, and just be mellow wherever you are.

Usually for me that happens sometime either Saturday or Sunday.

Of course, the way my schedule's shaping up, I may not be able to take my own advice. I guess I'll just have to catch up on sleep once I'm back at work or something...

I spoke with Hugo on Monday and all systems are go!!!

He's not too concerned with the changing of the guard and says we're in for one helluva week.
