I have to tell you, I saw this video from the 1991 Tour this morning on Youtube and I found it to be slighty cheesey. It was still pretty good. The appearance by Harrison Ford is great...

Disco, Rap and Lip Syncing
The '91 Outpost Tour occurred shortly after the Minni Vannili (sp?) lip syncing scandal (they won a grammy then confessed that the two were a front - just pretty faces who only lip synced to the song ... studio musicians performed and recorded the actual song).
The Harrison Ford cameo was still cool at the time, the 3rd Indiana Jones flick was out and still hot.

I remember seeing that in Orlando....I think I have something with that on it somewhere around here.....Either a ball cap or a shirt.... ?
I know I bought a ball cap that time.....I took a friend with me who had never been to a Buffett show that year and she was amazed....We met a family with 4 generations in line at one of the kiosks....(It was an indoor show).....Caryl thought it was "bigger than Elvis!"

I thought I went to see him on this tour. Apparently I missed him that year. I think this was the tour that "Feeding Frenzy" came from...
Hard to believe it's been 17 years..

It sure is hard to believe. So many years of great fun and good times. Boy, do we NEED some of those things, these days!

Feeding Frenzy came from the 1989 Off To See The Lizard tour...there was no live album from the Outposts Tour.
Funny how the plane they board and the plane shown flying in the sky are different - but they are both flying boats.
Has anyone seen that ESPN commercial (or whatever it was) where Jimmy was skiing behind the Dancer? Was that for...what album was that for? Barometer Soup?
There's been a couple of things on TV. I saw that ESPN one once.

The Outpost Tour was the last fantastic tour.
